[_] Deleted images from memory card disaster

do a ' dd  if=/dev/mysdcard of=backup.img'  to get a raw image of the card.
all your files will be on the image, just the filesystem mappings to those
files will be missing. then you can try diff methods to recover them from
the backup.img

daughters phone and not only have I lost probably the nicest UK photos I've
taken in a long time, there's a heap of super cute pics taken by my
daughter that I really should have taken a copy of a long time ago - call
