"energistuk.co.uk" only has an MX record (for email), not an A record  
(for a server). So you need to add an A record that points to the same  
place as "www.energistuk.co.uk" - 78.136.29.79

It's surprisingly common for domains to have either the A record, or  
the apache vhost alias, not set properly for non-www domains :(
