NatWest customer for 10 years, no complaints at all... - E-savings (quick access, crap interest rate, but keeps some money separate from my current account) - Internet banking behaves very well cross platform, those little chip & pin things are sometimes a pain though - i.e. it's never with me when I need it and I keep forgetting where it is! - Credit card people (admittedly not *really* NatWest) recovered a disputed charge immediately with no fuss at all. - New iPhone app is quite handy. http://www.natwest.com/personal/more-ways/g1/mobile-phone-banking/iphone-users.ashx
