[_] Drupal Webforms - oddities?

Don't know about the form issue right now, but regards the submitted by...

http://your-domain//admin/build/themes/settings/global

Then untick your content type in the list under

"Display post information on
Enable or disable the submitted by Username on date text when
displaying posts of the following type."
