I've had a bit of a brainwave today about an easy way for people to purchase
IPR rights online; I'm sure a proportion of the problem of people using
media without clearance is because obtaining clearance is a bit of an
effort.
Anyone interested in thinking about an online rights-purchasing system,
along the lines of mp3-buying sites? Or presenting a business proposal to
one of the big mp3 sellers or record labels?
Or maybe there's something out there already?
