The bit I'm worried about is people not understanding, as techies we  
have a fairly good idea of how data works (and can be used), but talk  
to the average person in the street, there not really interested, as  
its quite an odd subject to think about... which really makes me  
wonder, who in the government is coming up with these ideas, as I get  
the impression they have absolutely no idea what any of it means (i.e.  
who is really pulling the strings).
