The gnomes aren't usually as fit as the pixies but their bigger pockets
more
than make up for it . Although i could do without their foul mouths.

Seriously though ADSL2 is a lot more fussy than the older ADSL so expect
problems with old wiring. Also old wiring is rarely shielded and can act
as
an antenna that pulls all kinds of electromagnetic crap on to the cables
which
normal voice telephony doesn't show so short is best.

+1 for not trusting filters
