I had a go at writing something to solve this kind of problem a while ago and came up with Earl . It can be used as a kind of like a private deli.icio.us with search , bookmarklets for most of the major functions and click-thru tracking. It allows for categories of links and RSS feeds of pretty much every view. If you put your content in a wiki you could then add links to it to earl for easy searching via a firefox search plugin or via catagory based rss. Its effectively open source ( i haven't had time to release it properly) and runs in Perl. Although the web interface is a little old and may not be up to 3sixty standards (i'm not a frontend person) i would welcome your enhancements and the chance to stop it festering. If you'd like to try it have a look at the public version at http://earl.amias.org.uk/ and register an account . Am happy to give you a copy of the source under the GPL for free so you can have a play with your own version. If you needed extra stuff done it i'm sure we could come to an agreement about additions.
