The Dell does look quite a bit more feature-packed (USB, card reader,  
etc), but the display tech is probably what makes it worth it.  If  
you're planning to do graphics work, then VA is quite clearly better  
than TN.  The Samsung is listed as "16.2 million colours", which means  
it's 6-bit with dithering.  The Dell is 8-bit (no dither), as far as I  
can tell.

I'd probably go for the Dell, unless my wallet was about to combust.
