Or I could just implement a "See blocked senders" list like you provide, and
let users put that sender domain onto a "we know they can't HELO, but let
them in anyway" list. Good idea, that ;)

(We already allow whitelisting on a specific-sender-to-specific-user basis,
but probably worth allowing known legit misconfigured servers in.)
