Afternoon _ers....

Anyone out there up for some ActionScript/Flash development work?

A client of mine is wanting to create a interactive 'site plan' for a new
property development. In very brief summary this plan will have 3-4 levels
of detail, and hotspots within these plans that allow zooming in to the next
level of detail...
Wireframes and seeing the actual plans themselves will make all this much
clearer.

The end product will need to interact with a mysql database - either through
XML or AMFphp (or anything better that's come along)... so some experience
of database driven content in flash a must...

Some flexibility in deadline and project can be worked on remotely - but
would be great to speak to anyone interested and get a quote ASAP,
