Unless you're visiting a country with a 3 Like Home. And you're on 3,
with a data add-on.

Otherwise it's £3/MB for most European countries plus Australia,
Cyprus North, India, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Philippines, South Africa,
Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey and USA, then £6/MB RoW.
