HI Jess Thanks for that - actually the calculator was really helpful and answered the queries perfectly as the person (ehem) was self employed at the time, and not a limited company, working from home, responsible for own equipment and claiming expenses for running an office. That the person (ehem) could have used a third party for some elements of the work (though didn't) seems to be fine according to the calculator, so happy days!
