[_] codeigniter php framework

One of the very very few frameworks I get on with, used it a few times at
Orange.
Like the fact it doesn't try to be all things to all projects, but for large
sites makes the mundane easy.

Some of the digi agencies working for Orange when I was there were using it
as a framework of choice...
