Hi Guys

 

I'm about to start looking for a web developer and hoped I could get some
pointers from you guys in the mix as opposed to bull from the recruitment
boys. 

 

I am looking for someone with all the basic web dev technologies and some
ASP (classic and .Net) and SQL knowledge. We are a small team and need to
expand our activities to cover more front end web presence stuff and to
create some apps to link in to our existing desktop programs. We don't
really need lots of project management skills or anything too fancy. A bit
of PHP might also help.

 

If anyone can give me some thoughts about salaries and where the best place
for advertising is in the Bristol area is, I would appreciate it.
