All Flash 9 3D engines use software rendering, they have absolutely no
access to any 3D hardware that may be present in the machine.

Only Flash 10 will change this fact, and then only for a subset of the
GPUs out there, meaning if you want a truly global 3D Flash app you
still can't use the GPU acceleration features!

(you could provide an enhanced version for those capable of viewing it
however)
