Cluster bombs? You can get them from army surplus these days.

I could have chosen to avoid empty roads after I was pushed off by a
happy slapper 18 months ago... but that would have been victory for
the idiots. Humans are terribly bad at the assessment of statistics &
risk, so until someone can show me that the odds of getting mugged on
the cycle path are high enough to avoid the activity, I think I'll
carry on riding it. Chances are I'm still way more at risk of
seriously injury from self-inflicted means (eg off-road rocks) than
these particular youths.
