Hi,

A client has lost the last 9 months of PAF updates.  Royal Mail want
to charge them hundreds to re-deliver images (they are not
downloadable after 3 months) even though my client is licensed..

Assuming this is legal as my client is licensed to use the data can
someone else 'deliver' the updates at a more reasonable cost?
