Kind of missing the point, I've just installed XP over Ubuntu :)

OO really doesn't "just work", maybe it can be configured differently,
I don't know, but it is safer if I edit client facing documents in the
native app to save any problems.

I probably didn't explain it very weill but I've got VM server
installed, and it is fine for some dev, but for example at the mo I am
looking at some old ASP code whilst writing a report for the client so
at times like this it would be easier to get a semi-decent text editor
to save having to load a VM .. ahh GVIM, problem solved!

Thanks for two Wubi suggestions, I'll give it a blast, maybe I can
ditch VMWare. Do you know if it can run multiple instances?
