Could have done with one of those retention calls myself.

In an effort to break out from the pointless and wasteful upgrade
cycle in order to gain features I don't need or want, I recently
signed up for a further 18 months @ £15pm which will immediately save
me £540 over this contract period when compared to the original deal I
had with them.

Big steaming 4rse burgers that I can't use the SIM with my 6310i
though, I should have checked first.
