heheheh... i used to work at Lloyds TSB for a bit and EVERYONE did  
this. these were passwords that allowed us to literally move billions  
of pounds around, but their retarded policy of changing passwords  
every 4 weeks for extra security meant that nobody could remember  
them without writing them down...
