Have seen a few flash apps that are really nice as online presentation  
tool (With export).
Have a look at http://www.sliderocket.com/ - includes some of the  
transitions developed in Apple Keynote.

There are a few great new flash apps in development too, like this  
word processor:

I know there are a number of good javascript frameworks that are all  
tagged flash-killers, but I believe flash will remain a strong  
contender for providing engaging web apps / brand experiences..
