Funnily enough it was Viddler I checked before I made the comment -
from their T&Cs:

   "If you wish to distribute video for commercial purposes, please contact us."

But I guess if you can get away with it why worry - the worst they can
do is cut you off... on second thoughts perhaps the worst they can do
is replace your video with something else!
