I think most of the video sites have conditions of commercial use.

I've had some success hosting video on S3, the initial startup was a
bit slower than I liked but once it was going it was fine (this was
QuickTime being shown in Second Life)

Another alternative to S3 is to use the Google App Engine as a CDN,
I've seen a few articles on this but got no idea how well it works in
practice though.
