When a cyclist does it, they've *no intention* of stopping as they seem to think that the rules of the road don't apply to them. As a pedestrian, this annoys me. When I cycle, I obey traffic lights. I also make use of pedestrian crossings to cross busy roads. Ho hum. Very rarely will a driver blatantly go through a red light that wasn't just in the process of changing colour. Tim
