[_] A Good Long Session

As I mentioned earlier Tom BOTH web.config and IIS are set to 60 minutes.

Why is 60 minutes long? Is it likely that the session would get killed of
for another reason? The only think I know of is the web.config file being
edited or updated. In which case the whole App should be reset right?

There is also a session timeout in IIS - I'm not sure if the .NET one
overrides this, but if it doesn't and it's set to 20 mins that could
be the problem.

Also, 60 minutes is a bloody long time for a session time out, have
you thought about possibly reducing it and putting in a timed ajax
request to keep the session alive?
