We're looking for a PHP developer who could pick this up immediately...

The site is much like any estate agent's website. A place where
properties can be advertised and people can log in and view the
properties for sale.

Users are able to apply for the properties after joining the site and
completing a questionnaire. Certain data will only be available to
people who have registered on the site, and limited data is available
for lurkers.

Other users are estate agents wishing to advertise their properties
online and each of these people will have the ability to log in.

I have a reasonably detailed functionality document, which should
speed the process up, however, we need a working beta version by end
of Feb beginning of March.
