If we do this, can I suggest that we get a few people to give something 
like a few minutes low down on what they're using, what type of 
sites/clients, etc. e.g. "we're a PHP shop, have tried X, Y & Z, stuck 
with Z as it works best for this type of client because ..., has better 
support than the others ..."

It could be a good opening for new people to join in on the 
networking/drinking side of things.
