There If there are .NET providers for PostgresSQL and MySQL, then SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) isn't too bad for squirting data about the shop. We often use it in the Day Job to get data between Oracle and SQL Server. It certainly comes with all commercial editions of SQL Server, if you're lucky it might even come with the free (as in beer!)
