That's interesting, it's similar to the way I've been managing my
project/todo list but it's on a client basis for a while, basically to keep
track of things in my notebook I bought some sticky tabs which I write the
name of the client on (each client has a consistent colour). It then allows
me to section the notebook nicely and all notes for that client continue in
a meaningful manner.

I got the idea after watching Stacey revise, she bought loads of these
sticky tabs and would stick them into the different, related and interesting
sections of her notes which would allow her to aggregate her thoughts. It
works well as long as you're strict with yourself and also ensures you can
easily find the client's notes from the last meeting to double check whether
you really did agree to do it all for free ;)

One of the reasons I'm looking into alternatives is because I don't think
it's easily scalable -it's fine for me to see where I am on things but if
someone else needs to know where we are with a client when I'm out of the
office it's not possible...
