Arguably the best IP lawyers in the UK are Bird and Bird - based in London -
who specialise in IP, IT and technology. (depending on the value you're
placing on your IP) If you want a contact there - get in touch with me
off-list.

Most other lawyers provide a wider portfolio of services - so you need to
make sure they have a really good media/IP div - rather than a strap on
service.

Wiggins and Co in Cheltenham are media specialists, so should understand
your needs - not sure about their IP credentials though - but would be
surprised if it wasn't thorough.  http://www.wiggin.co.uk/ 

If you want someone in Bristol then Andrew Braithwaite's team at Osbourne
Clarke is definitely worth talking too, with good media and IP experience.

Bear in mind, Lawyers are not in the habit of giving educated guesses,
without a lot of qualifications, though! (their Prof indemnity insurance
doesn't provide for guesswork!)
