So that's me spending the rest of the morning on Overclockers looking at parts... One final question::::::::::::::::::::::: I use (at the same time) database, a bit outlook, office word/excel, firefox running about 10 tabs, loads of utilities in the background, acrobat, illustrator etc. i.e. not a designer working on huge images or doing any sort of rendering, just a heavy business user. Not a gamer, but it would be quite cool to be able to at some point if I ever found a few minutes. Would a ***hot single processor do the job with 2GB+ ram etc. and is this yearning for a quadcore thing just pure boys toys overkill ?
