I use Prism for my Basecamp stuff & find it really helpful to have it 
sectioned off from my browsing like that.

The only problem is where the site isn't quite working with the browser 
functionality that Prism has left in. So clicking on JPEGs or GIFs opens 
them in Prism but there's no back button to get out of that, & often I'm 
searching around for links that would update the page I'm looking at as 
there isn't a refresh option either.

But it does help me enough to put up with those foibles.
