The DSDM Consortium http://www.dsdm.org/ have some really interesting
stuff. They are specifically about combining Prince2 with agile
project management. They offer qualifications and have a huge amount
of resources available online such as contracts to use with clients
etc. Its very UK focussed but not industry specific. It is not
particularly aimed at web software for example. It is designed as a
toolset for PM's in industries such as construction, defence,
aerospace etc. I'm not sure what area your father specialises in but,
along with Rob Thomsett's brilliant book (recommended by my husband)
DSDM is very useful.
