They are specifically about combining Prince2 with agile project management. They offer qualifications and have a huge amount of resources available online such as contracts to use with clients etc. Its very UK focussed but not industry specific. It is not particularly aimed at web software for example. It is designed as a toolset for PM's in industries such as construction, defence, aerospace etc. I'm not sure what area your father specialises in but, along with Rob Thomsett's brilliant book (recommended by my husband) DSDM is very useful.
