You might also want to tell them about the SFLGS (Small Firms Loan Guarantee
Scheme) which is a scheme where the government basically guarantees 75% of a
loan from the bank. It's for firms that need to borrow money to expand but
the directors/investors don't have anything to put up as security for the
bank (ie. where the founding directors have re-mortgaged/sold a kidney/etc.
to the hilt already).
The remaining 25% most banks usually accept a non-secured 'personal'
guarantee (ie. it's not tied to your house!).

Their bank should be able to tell them more about it.

Hi Jon,

That would be fantastic if you can.

Wouldn't normally go to these lengths to help a client out with the
financing - but this is one of those rare occasions where someone shows you
their product and you just know it would sell like crazy...
