Hi Paddy, We use Rsync for moving changes efficiently across multiple servers (although we don't use Macs). I found this you might find useful: http://www.egg-tech.com/mac_backup/ Paul. -----Original Message----- From: Paddy Uglow [mailto:paddy at watershed.co.uk] Sent: 25 April 2008 10:30 To: underscore at under-score.org.uk Subject: [_] Incremental backup tool for bandwidth miser? Hi, I want to copy files from my web space to my Mac in order to have a regular backup copy, but I don't want to be eating into my restricted download limit every time I do it. Does anyone know of an osx app that'll do an incremental backup (ie only copying files that have changed since last backup) over FTP? I use Lacie's Silver Keeper for local disk backups and Fetch as my FTP client. Maybe I can use the Mirror function on Fetch? Any advice would be appreciated.
