I had a similar thing recently although I was fortunate enough to have
incoming links.  Putting the main part of the url (www.company.com/special)
or even the full URL (http://www.company.com/special) in the page title will
cause it to be treated as a 'keyword' and will be recognised pretty
effectively in Google IME.  You could also try adding a Google sitemap, or
even resubmitting the URL to Google with the 'special' directory appended to
it.

Your best bet is to get direct incoming links though if that's at all
possible.
