The Underscore Archives

I gigged at the Polish Club for Chandra Moon's album launch - it's a fun
venue - a bit quirky and sparse and old-fashioned. A bit dark too. It's got
a scout hut/church hall kind of feel, with various pictures of Polish
Persons and angular eagley things where you'd expect Baden Powell or the
Sunday School Role Call in the former. Access and parking aren't great,
though I think I counted 5 cement mixer trucks the in the road on the night
we were playing.
And they serve mugs of coffee at the bar too! Lots of space for dancing and
a stage. I don't think they have their own PA though.
As for beer, I don't know. All beer tastes of beer to me.
