The only thing to watch out for with Fedora (that I've found in server 
use, anyway) is that it's billed as a cutting-edge distro. That may be 
OK if you want the latest packages, but can mean that versions of 
software that you were depending on can disappear in the next version.

I was using a Fedora system to prototype some Plone stuff and found that 
upgrading Fedora version would remove support for the previous version 
of Python, required by Plone (Zope, really). Fedora refused to provide 
compatibility packages.

I've ended up running CentOS on quite a few systems and have been happy 
with the stability and packages available.
