Sadly we found this method cost prohibitive.

So we asked the user to enter a fax number on the website and then we 
fax them the card.

For added ease of use the viewer can hold the fax machine under the 
screen to save themselves the trouble of scrolling by hand.

We termed this technique Faxed User Controlled Kontent - With Internet Text
