We have tackled this technical problem in the past by printing the text on card. We then send some 1 billion (rough number of internet users) to the homes of our users with instructions on how to use it: 1. Visit http://<SomeSite>.com 2. Place card beneath screen 3. Slowly move card to the left while blinking twice every second This we termed this technique Simple Horizontal Internet Text.
