The one thing you have to be consider with the midi background is that people with Soundblaster AWE32 'wavetable' sound cards will get a slightly better experience than those who don't. Trumpets in particular are enhanced on a wavetable sound card, so try not to use them too much, so your users can get as similar experience to each other as possible.
