This morning brings an enquiry from an (already pro bono) client:

"I want to set up a website for a new organisation. The concept is for a
'virtual hub' where radio stations across the developing  world involved in
the promotion of [subject] can connect and down load material generated by
other similar radio stations in other countries for use in their own shows."

Followed, of course, by "I do not yet have any finance for this idea"
[sigh].

Anyone know of a kind of Youtube for radio?  And is he mad to think the
files should be Windows Media?
