Hi all, It was good to chat last night at SkillSwap, but when I asked a couple of people if they were coming to BarCamp, they said "but I'm not technical!" The only requirement of attendance at BarCamp is that you give a talk or lead a discussion. It's not intended to be a Hackday-style utter geekfest; it's learning about stuff you might know nothing or a little about but would like to know more. BarCamp Brighton, for example, had someone talking about how to make a proper cup of tea... I hope that clears up some confusion, and I apologise that the confusion existed in the first place. There's loads of non-programming stuff I'd love to know more about (including, but not limited to, monkeying around with digital DJing/VJing - Dan!), and there are so many ace people around :) I'd love for it to be somewhat like the Interesting festival that Russell Davies put together earlier in the year: http://russelldavies.typepad.com/planning/interesting2007/index.html Cheers, Tim
