What impresses me most is how clean your javascript looks with jquery. Have a look at Simon Willison thoughts on Jquery here: http://simonwillison.net/2007/Aug/15/jquery/ For really, really hardcore JS stuff I've yet to be convinced that Jquery is the best route but no other framework really has impressed.
