What's considered best practice these days when it comes to slotting user registration/login into a workflow on a website? E.g. users decides to place an order or view protected content (depending upon the website) and there's some registration or login procedure is needed to get past. One option is to show the reg form with a clear link to login for existing users, another is to show both login and reg side by side.
