Hi thanks for your recommends I went to a dude at Paintworks this afternoon (didn't go too far just in case i got crippled and couldn't drive home after a pummleing). made me feel much better. still got pain though (another appointment on thursday)- using a herbal remedy called stella artois at the moment as a muscle relaxant. PS - have you seen E3's new offices - it looks like Trump Towers - very London!
