You have the choice with eukhost not to include plesk. I don't like it 
much, it seems to get in the way & you're not too certain what would 
happen if you start switching things off.

I had a look at them when I was searching for a Windows VPS, but got the 
impression through googling that they were struggling with support as 
they were too small.
