Abstraction, encapsulation, polymorphism. The gang of four book is 
excellent for an introduction to OOP "tips and trick" if you're already 
in the mindset - alternatively you might prefer "head first design 
patterns" which presents the same material in a much more accessible 
fashion. The former book is great if you've already discovered the 
patterns yourself; the latter is a much better beginner's tome.
