I'm I guess slightly relieve to hear all this, as when we switched to  
VoIP phone system in the office about two years ago, we kept our  
ISDN2 line, and use that for the outgoing/incoming calls, and it  
looks like we might have done the right thing.  We do have an account  
with voiptalk.org as well and if both channels are busy when making  
an outging call the call goes out over VOIP and does seem to work ok,  
but we rarely have more than two people on the phone at one time.

I do use Skype occasionally, but only skype-skype calls overseas to  
people I'm working with.  And for that its always worked fine.
